*This item will be sent out the day before or on the day of release. In the event there are any delays we will inform you straight away and provide a timeline.

*The case order limit is one per customer or household.

*If you are purchasing outside of the UK, you may be responsible for customs fees/import fees. These will be your responsibility and for you to research. 

*In the unlikely event we have to cancel a preorder, we will let you know promptly and initiate an instant refund and may be able to offer you first access to similar products. 

*We do not hold pre orders, they are first come and first served when they go live. Our online stock differs to our bricks and mortar store. 

*If you wish to cancel, drop us an email and we can do this. Preferably a week or so before release and allow 48 hours for us to respond.
