Shipping policy

We have a fast turnaround and manage your orders with care and efficient packaging. We aim to package and post your orders the day after you order Monday through to Saturday. 

Our courier of choice is Evri but we choose the fastest option for your parcel. You will always be provided with a 16 digit tracking number which you can use to confirm the location of your parcel either on the Evri website or app or other courier platforms.

There is a choice of standard and express delivery which will determine when you receive your parcel. Orders reaching £50 and above qualify for free shipping. 

If you have any issues with your tracking, your item is lost or arrives in damaged condition you can let us know and resolve the issue via email at info@cubecollectables.com
