Pre-Order Policies

• Release & Delivery: Pre-order items will not be dispatched or available for collection before the official release date. We aim to have your order delivered on or around the release date, although delivery times may vary due to courier delays or other circumstances. International deliveries may take longer to arrive.

• Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a pre-order if necessary. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. This could be due to manufacturer delays or other reasons outside of our control.

• Customer Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard returns process. To request a cancellation, please email info@cubecollectables.com.

• Separate Orders: Please place pre-orders in a separate transaction from in-stock items. Any other items purchased in the same transaction will be held and dispatched together when the pre-order reaches its release date.

• International Orders: International customers may be charged import duties, taxes, or other fees upon delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

•  Please check your delivery address: When placing your order, please make sure you provide your full delivery address, including your flat, apartment, unit or building number where applicable. Providing complete and accurate address details helps prevent delivery delays or failed deliveries.

• One Per Customer: This product is limited to one per person/household. Multiple orders placed by the same customer, household or using different accounts may be identified and cancelled.
